What to do when youve lost all Hope and Faith in the world

Its can be so hard, when you feel that no matter how hard you try you just feel the world is against you. You know what I mean, things just seem to get from worse to worse, and feel you don’t have the support you need. Its hard to feel you against the world.

It hard to keep wanting to fight and keep your spirits up.

But all is not lost, the truth of the matter is no matter how hard things are, reward and abundance does come from struggle and unpleasant situations. You need focus and determination to keep focused, even if you feel the whole world is against you. Life is hard work, it wasn’t supposed to be easy, we are here to learn. We are capable of anything along as we put our mind to it. It hard to train our mind to be positive and it does require some skill.

Problems is actually a way spirit and the universe want you to move to a higher consciousness. Society can be against us, people we love can be and these can be the hardest things to accept.

Here are tips I use in order to help keep a stable mind, happy and positive.

1) Accept problems no matter HOW bad they are or HOW bad of a situation you are in, these are STEPPING stones in order for you to evolve because this is why you are here. You need to detached from what people think of you and think of yourself and BE the person you want to be. You are not your feelings and you are not your thoughts.

2) Write down all your goals, what you want in life and who you want to be -> doesn’t matter who you are or what you’ve done -> this is a vital step.

3) Write down the ‘Ho’oponopono’ mantra where you can see it regularly which is -> ‘( this helps you to heal yourself in different aspect of your life and awaken you to see reality for what it is) I am Sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I Love you. (high vibrational worlds) Repeat this mantra to yourself regularly. The theory is our reality is our interpretation (which I believe is true).

Don’t judge others, don’t slag off people behind there back and don’t interpret people by our interpretations. Treat everyone with lOVE and respect and if we change in our self, we will change our outer world.

4) Start a gratitude Journal -> Write down all the things you are grateful for and past things especially that has happened already in the past -> this will help you to see all the love in the world.

5) Guided meditation-> listen to a calming positive guided mediation to help you be in a state of mindfulness and to focus.

Try this for yourself when you feel the whole world is against you, and remember you are in control of your world. Be determined to live a full life no matter who you are or what has happened.
