3 types of meditation to help you during a crisis!

(Great for Anxiety suffers, Highly Stressed, Panic attacks and to pull mood when depressed!)

Do you have Panic Attacks? I did today, you know the type where you can feel all the pulses in your body, your sweating, you cannot concentrate and are highly agitated and panicky! If your reading this you know how horrible it feels and it’s a horrible feeling. these are 4 things I do that ACTUALLY work during these times and I feel back to normal in no time. 1 Trick and 3 Types of meditation I wanted to share this because I suffer General Anxiety Disorder, I manage it very well and rarely have Anxiety techniques that you can find on YouTube for free!

1) Write down or say a lot loud the problem -> and ACCEPT IT IS WHAT IT IS and that it will be ok in the future even if it doesn’t feel like that right now, no matter how bad you feel or what ever has happened this is important to get your mind over matter and focus in order to carlm down


Types of mediation that helps with this-.


1) Guided breathing meditation to calm you down -> guided is good because you will get distracted by the person who doing the mediation instructions and because breathing in slowly and concentrating slows you own and puts you in a relaxed state.

If you type into YouTube – Guided breathing for stress/ anxiety ect it will come up with loads , a 5-10 min one will be enough


2) Mantra meditation –> with this you can copy the sound or just listen but the pitch and tone of that particular chant or tone of noise such as a ‘OOOMMM’ sound actually is really effective. This type of mediation moves energy around the body and helps to regulate the brains chemicals.

if you type into YouTube – mantra meditation for stress/ negative thoughts ect it will come up with loads, you can click anyone and a good 10-15 mins of this does the trick.


3) And lastly Hertz meditation or binaural beats meditation->this type of mediation is listening to a frequency of a alpha frequencies (between 8-13 HZ) have been proven to help with positivity and relaxation. This is due to researchers stating how certain Hz help to activate specific system sin the brain. Maybe this is why many people listen to classical music or nature sounds for relaxation? 5-10mins is enough to make a difference.



If you YouTube ‘Binaural beats for anxiety/ stress/ happiness/positivity/ anything really there is a lot of options in this type of mediation.
